After a couple of days in a nap cancel war its mostly raiding or ping-pong... either way its not fun sending 100s or even 1000s of fleets... wtf you talking about "we are having fun"? Only fun you are having is boosting your epeen

Don't think fair play will ever be possible in this game because people are too competitive and always try to get the most out of any situation. When someone wins a war, they feel entitled to be rewarded with lots of planets, even if the opponent has already been demolished. Everyone's guilty of that... And the small minority of players who try to play fair (to their loss usually) are vastly outnumbered and run into many frustrating situations.
For example, 62/67 had 61 totally beat. They brought down the former top alliance (60 and 61) and it was an accomplishment. Major competition gone and not much dmg to infra on their part, and up in hundreds of planets. Good. So they offer NAP for 300 planets, then 200 after negotiating. Strategically understandable request, but lame, so we in 61 say no, we won't give up more than 100, and fight on. Then we get raped for 200-300 infra planets and get a PNAP without further payments and are satisfied b/c we didn't just hand over planets. Very common scenario in IC, but I wish it didn't have to be.
While I'm at it, I will bitch a little to the fellas in 5066:
I know you guys are pissed at ICdeath for having been an ass while you guys were at war and using Kagar to core you, but we were also in war too :S Plus almighty Kagar only took 15 or so planets by 'coring' you guys and went inactive. So did ICDeath. But you guys have taken +60 while we were being killed by 62/67, set up in our core, and now started raiding our bankers. This is on top of us trying pretty hard to talk to you guys for an agreement/understanding/NAP the past few days.
Nothing prevents a family from scavenging and taking easy planets from a family that just lost a major war that lasted for a long time that fell the fam from #1 to #12. They are indeed easy planets b/c we can't do much but try to retake and it's strategically sound, but again it's ugly and there's no sportsmanship. Sorry Spam and Teddy but this is pretty uncool

80 have high dememds but if there asking 400 for pnap and theyve already took 400 you should take the deal and move on

Kagar tried multiple times to core us, we had to drop an attacker down to his NW to clear him but he had morale issues in doing so time after time, this was when we had like 600 planets and still in explo stage?? Its not our fault he failed so bad at it. That attacker we dropped would have been handy for us to have in that war we were in at the time! Now families have 3 times that amount of planets? Should all be portalled/defended well enough etc and youre hear talking about the unfair treatment you guys are receiving? Cmon... Pot calling the kettle black X(

last time i talked nap with lex i ended up paying a shitload of planets and in the long run it turned out to be a good move.
I suggest you start working on your neko neko skills. 
in this scenario id just jump massive agents/wizzies and op the shit outta them that generally gets nap talks to be more reasonable, keep the ops going for 2-3 days and they will realize they need the nap just as bad
