I am doing this PvC based on networth, not planet size, because i still feel as though ntw is a better indicator at this juncture in the round. next PvC Size will probably mean a lot more....

Additionally, i am not 100% certain about all the alliances mentioned herein and am too lazy to go hunting for the info.

Their alliance is is in trouble. They're not doing as badly as their allies, but 67/62 alliance is going to cause major problems for them. Still, Hc4e's alliance will go down swinging. It remains to be seen how they handle the pressure. This family has good spread and deep talent, so I think they'll weather the storm for now.

Currently: Contenders!
Goal: Survive any aggression by 67/62 alliance.

2    IPickThingsUpAndPutThemDown! (5062) [36,116]    978    6575903    52279

This family is doing very well with infra, i don't think they have nearly the depth at attacker that their allies do (5067).  Still, with one fam that can infrawhore like their is no tomorrow, and another fam that has some of the most talented attackers in the game, this alliance is lethal. It seems their alliance is making a move for 60/61. This is smart as it was their biggest threat both geographically and rankings wise.

Currently: Contenders
Goal: Try and keep up with the attacking skills of 67.

3    Aw, nut bunnies. (5065) [114,43]    993    6189625    50091

This family is doing really well. Genesis is in the family, so it's not a shocker.  They looked like they would be mince meat early as they started off slowly, and they basically diploed their way to the top 5. An early P-Nap with 5080 benefited them. They had all kinds of issues with Pitbull of 5058 and also 5079 coring them. They looked like they were in quite a bit of trouble until 5080 cleared off 58/79 alliance because they didnt want a non-NAPped family setting up 4 ticks from their HS. One wonders who will be 65's next natural enemy? I would bet on 69 causing them problems in the future.

Currently: Contenders, but their allies need to pick it up for them to survive.
Goal: Secure a wide core that encompasses 72 and gives their allies a chance to catch up.

4    IC Mafia (5080) [10,27]    1161    5584155    52796

This family has Parrot, Torqez, General Skulls, Hoity, and EmoHotPocket as attackers. Arguably the best set of attackers in MW this round, save for maybe 67... That's up for debate. but 5080 also has a solid core of bankers and resourcers, and has Lexuzis to handle diplomacy. Their allies in 5071 are less than stellar, but there is a lot of talent there. Perhaps if 5080 keeps them alive long enough then this could become a true alliance effort. (which is possible with 67/62 focusing on 61/60 and vice versa) This family was trolling at first but has actually begun to try somewhat, and everyone knows Parrot's track record when he actually tries.

Currently: Contenders, but it really depends on how much damage the families above them to do eachother while 80 core whores...

Goal: Boost allies in 71, and continue to infrawhore to reduce attractiveness as a target

5    We are Bigger. (5067) [53,16]    1002    5487270    57846

5067 is not as good at 62 when it comes to infrawhoring... but they do have Talic and Impire as attackers... That trumps the fact that their econ seems mediocre among top fams. They are bludgeoning the 61/60 alliance. Mostly 60 is getting the worst of it... 67 cored them and has been wreaking havoc, or so it would appear... The only question is how long will the 61/60 alliance continue to fight? This might take a toll on 67's infra even more as time goes on. If so they'll need 62 to keep opponents of their back long enough to take a breather.

Currently: Contenders, but mostly for allied win atm, really though one cannot rule them out of taking the trophy themselves.
Goal: Kill 5060 and skin them to the bone. Make sure they have good communication with 62 to keep them safe in the meantime.

6    No idea what else put here! (5069) [62,20]    1110    5248892    54608

Tico and Lydia seem to have things under control... I really can't even remember who else is in this family... but at any rate... 69 needs to either P-Nap or make plans to kill 58/79 alliance if they have not done so already. All 3 families are jumbled up together on the backside of 67. There seems to be a power vacuum there and I think 69 is most suited to take advantage. They have a pretty decent spread, and seem to have the tenacity required to defend it. I can't say they're in great position FTW, but i think once some of the other families slaughter one another they could be sitting in the top 5 at EoR.

Currently: Pretenders FTW, but easily contenders for top 3.
Goal: secure S2 and S4 for themselves.

7    Planking....FTW (5066) [4,114]    1075    5097308    49000

This family has poor position at first glance, being divided between the corner of all 4 sectors. however, they have nothing but crappy families lying to their northwest, and could dominate a majority of S4. Assuming they survive long enough to. 62 sitting to their east has to be unnerving but one would assume 62 has bigger fish to fry. 66 and their ally 76 had better ecowhore like crazy, and keep a watchful eye up. 69 looks like they may become a problem soon if they are not already, 80 lies to their south, 61 to their north, 67 to the southeast. this leads to a lot of worry and perhaps not a lot of time to actually go on the offensive. But i would not be surprised to see them cripple a family or two before going down in flames.

Currently: Contenders for top 5, if they play their cards nearly perfectly. But it's gonna take Spam and Oxygen to play their A game for that to happen.
Goal: They need to keep their head on a swivel because they have a lot of big threats nearby, but if they can manage good diplo and expand northwest they'll be in good shape.

8    We are Big. They are Tiny. (5060) [26,68]    715    4276304    55846

67 is gutting this family like a fish.  I am a little surprised to see such a seemingly stable family this badly out of position so early. Luckily, their allies are 5061, so they still can do something worthwhile with their round. They need to sue for peace ASAP and need to have 61 get vengeance on 67/62. Failure to do so may in fact hand the round to 67/62. But that is a bit of speculation really. At any rate, it's a long round and things could get quite miserable for 60 if they don't rally soon.

Currently: Pretenders FTW, but possibly contenders for allied victory if they give 110%.
Goal: Get a ton of NAPs, and infrawhore. Get 61 to help protect their shared core.

9    Mid Table Dreams (5076) [9,104]    905    4128117    39130

I think this team actually seems a little more organized than their ally (5066). They have a decent shared core with 66 and this alliance is able to watch one another's backs for now. Again, they'd be wise to spread northwest and slaughter some crappy mid-level fams. They need to watch 61 and 62 for threats. But while those two alliances are duking it out, maybe 76/66 can grow in peace, or maybe they will see the opportunity that i see and spill blood on 57 and 77 if they ever get in range. and if not... well there is no one in S4 to stop their advance.

Currently: Contenders top 5 but it will take some really good diplo and probably some farming of crap fams
Goal: Stay alive long enough to actually be a threat. Maybe let the other fams wipe themselves out first.

10    Im With Stupid (5071) [29,33]    847    3852991    35092

This family has an all star cast, and a great ally in 5080. However... they aren't all that active and they are really being carried quite a bit atm. However their is still time to catch up, a good war might get this family excited about playing. They do have a decent leader and some decent oppers so they will be no cake walk even if 80 is preoccupied. a PNap with 67 would be best for this group, but that's easier said than done. 74 looks like an easy farm to the east. But that would prop them up against 58/79 who already hates the 80/71 alliance for raping their spread.

Currently: contenders for 5-10
Goal: Stay alive, try and achieve allied victory via 5080.

11    *Destroyer of Worlds* (5058) [72,25]    907    3540276    44194

This alliance was once more threatening, but after skirmishes with 65/72/80/71.... among others... they are fatigued and boxed in. 5069 will be a problem. They'd be wise to get a NAP. It's the best thing for all 3 fams in western S2. If they are able to get decent NAPs and maybe extend upwards in the direction of 57 and 66 then this family might have a chance. I would not expect any fireworks from this family, Pitbull is a pretty decent attacker, but he seems to be carrying the fam atm. I think close coordination between 79 and 58 will be key to their mutual survival.

Currently: Contenders for top 10 by default, some fams above them will get hammered, so 58 will have a top 10 finish if they don't screw up too badly.
Goal: NAP, NAP, NAP, NAP, Infrawhore, Cancel, Cancel, Cancel...

12    Saint (5079) [81,47]    922    3523203    46901

This family got in an early raid of 65, but they didnt get a lot out of it. They are basically a repeat of 58. (Not surprising since they are allies...) They would be wise to NAP 69, and make it a P NAP if they have failed to do so already. If they are to survive they need to  take out 57 and expand north out of trouble. I dont think 57 is even halfway decent so it should be an easy rape. The key is defending such a big mutual core with 58, but spreading to Southern S4 via 57 is plan B. It's going to be hard to do as other top fams will naturally test their borders with 79/58.

Currently: Pretenders beyond maybe a top 10th finish, but there are still over 5 weeks to impress!
Goal: Same as 58.   Maybe farm 57/77 for easy planets...

13    Lays Chipz (5074) [60,46]    542    2253598    33352

I thought this fam would be a lot more powerful than it is. In fact, i was a bit surprised even now to see them ranked so lowly. 79/58/69/71/80/62/61/60/67 could all be lining up to farm this family. I really dont understand how they are placed so low, was there a war i missed? Were their deletions? Are they just inactive? What ever the reason, this family is not long for this world. I confess i do not know their allies. if 69 is their ally they might be okay.... but otherwise they're screwed. My advice to their leader is to start offering up planets for P NAPs, and use bigger fams as your secondary core.

A tiny family in between 61/60, and 76... This family just needs to focus on activity and maybe even on a couple P-NAPs. Their aforementioned neighbors should be their first order(s) of business. Their leader seems like a nice guy, perhaps a bit inexperienced, but maybe he can help them rise a few ranks. They need to focus on peace and infra for now. And like i said, P NAPs are key or else they'll work really hard and rise up the nw rankings just to get smacked back down.

Currently: pretenders for top 10, probably, but maybe they'll get lucky if other fams self-destruct.
Goal: make P Naps and keep making 6 es a day! explore! explore! explore!

15    Snowwhite and the seven dwarfs (5057) [91,102]    341    1547121    19408

This family is farm bait and has  little going for them apart from their position... 66/76 is staring them right in the face, but they might be able to diplo out of that with an offer of planets... 69 is to their south, but again, diplo and compensation will save them from being farmed. Their northwest looks decent. I would make peace with the aforementioned families, assuming they get in range enough to even be a target of theirs. They need to try to hold on long enough to infrawhore.

Currently: Pretenders
Goal: Get pity NAPs. Avoid 66 like the plague. Establish and enforce a border with larger fams as best as possible.

I think they are allied to 65, right? or am i getting my facts mixed up? I confess i already know that i probably muffed up some of the alliances earlier, especially the mid level fams that dont matter as much to the outcome of the round... Anyway, one has to ask, what was 65 thinking? lol Oh well, with a networth so low and an ally so big all 72 needs to do atm is infrawhore, and GET ACTIVE. They might actually be able to do something this round, but only because their allies are carrying them.

Currently: Contenders for Allied success, pretenders for anything else.
Goal: infrawhore, find safety in 65's core.

Snailex, Exposed, some other really good names in their. I guess they are just playing a chill round, or a lot of them joined late. my advice is to ask for Pity NAPs, and beat up on some other small fams. It would make the round fun if they were able to NAP anyone above rank 14 or so, and then just duked it out. I assume these guys are just screwing around, unless a bigger family bludgeoned them at BoR.

Goals: get pity NAPs, fight other small fams, have fun! it is a game after all, don't take your family too seriously as u have no chance to do anything substantial...

Good PvC emo, but don't count us out yet. Our attackers all took a vacation at the same time and left an uber attacker like me to do the work. Good thing they just got back yesterday.

Week 9, 9        Saint Sinner (Electron/proton aka Elektricity) is no more.

He didn't stay the amount of ticks he said he would to leave us his planets.
I do not approve this ^^   and seems like he's gotten into a habbit
his introduction at SOR said he 'left because of intra fam problems' prev. rounds.

The reason he said was cause he doesn't like leaders whom decide on their own, but I've been trying to consult him telling that we should nap this small fam we've been warring with for days now (we have to move on) but he kept saying that if I nap he would 'kill me'. Due to circomstances I agreed, and told him to drown them under, but as they came for nap and I had no info on what his next move was (for the last ones we just blew up planets) dunno if he avoided irc intentionally, anyways...
