Topic: How to solve ias once and for all !

change the game so that noone can attack someone once a fam is fighting but that foes allie.

Simply put it works like the galactiuc overseers.
But they say "you cannot attack this target at this point as they are already incolved in war with another fam allaince plz try again later."

This idea i feel is so good that i deserv a reward for it ! smile

ok, but that means while attacking a different family i can send my small camaar to core you, and u cant attack me because i'm at war.

I guess that was a good point......make it possible for mods to check if there is less then 10 attacks a day......and if that is a fact the protection can be removed.

NO use to do fakewars with this change.....

Im tired of all the bs that are posted when I make what i feel is a important post and want things changed to make ic better.
If ppl cant help by bs me ill tell em to buzz off so i can talk with the mods and thoes who infact want to improve the game.

in my opinion it is too abusable. As stated before, invading cores would be too easy and impossible to prevent, its also hard to prevent fake wars.

eerrrr how about a little attachment to this idea, it may or may not put a posotive spin on it.  if a family owns a majority of planets in a system they can attack the intruder from a warring family. now this doesnt prevent all possible shares with attackers but it xcould be a step in the right dirrection.

when i said this idea could be abused i should be more clear. any idea that can be abused simply isnt complete yet. put a few tweaks to even it out and make it safe to use and the idea will work ;p

wow this is a bad idea. EarthMover has a valid point. Not to mention how badly abused this could be.

IA rules are just fine as they stand. My only complaint would be tweatking the rules as far as IA evidence is concerned. The people who want to get away with it will simply avoid sending ingame messages. Right now thats the only acceptable evidence in IA investigations.

GeneralSkulls also brought up an interesting fact regarding IAs. We have less players now. The odds of getting attacked by any one family have increased subsantially with so few players. Its inevitable that 2 alliances or familys will attack any given alliance or fam at some point in the round. We are only averaging 12-15 fams per round. So your lookin at an average of 6-7 alliances per round.

In other words....do the math arganon!!

That being said .... we havent seen a whole lot of IAs goin on recently. Arganon is overreacting and being paranoid. The IA he 'thinks' happened this round never happened. This post is nothing more than a frantic cry from a paranoid delusional.

Arganon this has been abused before. Families declaring war to stop other families declaring war (aka "War Blocks")
It would be abused now.

You cannot prevent IAs.
