a sort of post it like feature in systems where you can post messages for your whole family to see!

its got many uses!, such as listing portals, laser traps, open planet bonuses, even planets you just explored so that others can quickly tell which are open to explore

this should be implimented immediately
....or possibly never, i just thought it was interesting and useful
