nah, id just vote no1 for leader if only leader can be opped and just allow VL to contol the cash flow outta the new fam bank knowing that it cant be opped cos no1 is leader and when war tiome comes u vote a leader just to declare and the unvote him to protect the fam saves
simple fact is if your fam aint active enough to play fam bank then dont, seems people are trying to change the rules cos they or there fam aint active enough to compete

You can't just unvote a leader either. The leader can lose votes but without someone else having 3 votes or more the player would still remain the leader. The player who is the leader would have to delete and rejoin. And everyone would have to make sure their votes were on themselves or no more then 2 vote to one other player
you just make a opp to opp fam bank and the viceleaders plus leaders agents all together / treu 4 if you ahve 3 vl and 1 leader ofcourse..
than it could work better

Agreed, not an interesting strategy, that's the disadvantage of running a family fund, so the pros and contras are kinda balanced

Aside from being able to delete the entire family's forum. They should be changed to Political Officers since they can only change relations page.
Amount you can stock in this fam stock could be limited to what is needed to do small things like building eships, cast SA and send fleet and do minor buildings. This amount could change according to fam NW.
That would help the people having different timezone to stay active, that wouldnt make SOT, Vision, Destroy cash and Destry iron useless and fam bank would be still used for big jumps

haha I thought this topic was forgotten 
my 2 cents again, you can set a % of your production to go directly to the fund.
Easily doable by adding another box in the family defense display, so you have 2 options:
-Manually -> like sending aid to a family player, there's a new player in the list called "Family Fund"
-Authomatically -> by writing a number (from 1 to 100) in the new box in the family defense fund, so that % of your production goes directly to the family fund.
Remember, this options are designed to use the family defense fund as the family bank
