Arby3 was not directly responsible. or so it seems. it was that one who edited my former posts.  Anyways i argued my case and the false conviction was overturned. I would like to thank the mod that reversed it. smile

also Arby... i would've said we shouldve taken comp, but u would've had to offer us like 200+ planets, marked your FA rogue and have killed him off.

and anything short of that is useless, we wanted our EoR war as we were banking on it to win the round. and anything less than a P NAP and Hellriver could've just broken NAP again. plus, u said urself, hellriver is ur only chance against the 03 war that is coinciding this one, so... fam would've kept jumping him anyway. if my fam broke NAP i would've likely deleted or at least usurped power and marked the guilty party rogue if they had intentionally broken the NAP.

And that's why they are called negotiations and not ultimatums. I got the ball rolling. I start offer small, you start high, we come to compromise that satisfys both parties.

On another note, I don't delete. I don't care how bad some players are, there are more than 1 player in a family and its extremely unfair to the ones that worked hard to just delete and absolutely ruin their chances.

You keep screaming "honor" and calling down on foul play. I've never argued against what or defended what happened. Your stubborn adherence to the moral high ground is just as sickening. Honor  constitutes playing fairly, and with respect, and you've shown NONE of that. So take a hard look in the mirror next time you want to call me a piece of shit nap breaker, or worse. Arby as I have said. I have no beef with you. and I have calmed down a little since the NAP break and since ban was overturned. Emotions fly high when injustice has happened.

we talked of comp and ultimately decided since the ball was in our court to void the NAP, especially since there was no way you were going to kill of HR the NAP breaker. and since the damage was already done, u wouldn't have agreed to another cancellation NAP would u? perhaps we didnt give u your fair chance to make amends, but everyone in the family was up in arms and i originally tried to hold them back, but decided they had every right to be upset.

we got a raw deal.

but when life hands u lemons, u make lemonade. that's what we have done here.

even if we broke nap, now it is a 2vs1 and in my opinion that is as unfair as a napbreak too, but i blame 03 not 12

yes but i can't really blame 03 either because they were plotting to kill 08 before HR broke NAP on us, in fact, HR only had such a huge fleet because Arby3 jumped him to clear 03.

so 03 is not wrong for carrying through with the plans they had been making for days.
12 is not wrong for defending themselves after NAP Break.
08 is only mildly wrong for supporting an idiot who is their only chance to defend against 03.

but HELLRIVER is a POS and should just go kill himself.
And Thor aka n00b is just a washed up rogue and a spy. I tried to be nice to him, he said "no, i want to see you get farmed."  he was worse than useless. and for all his complaining about how NW was a bad leader and we'd get farmed.   we have a pretty commanding lead smile
