Well, it seems to be all the fault of HELLRIVER (the imposter one in 08 not the honorable one from back in Andro)

anyways HELLRIVER aka HR has gone rogue.

HR cleared all of our shares in his core. we had an EOR war planned, NAP with no core agreement, to be cancelled 3 days before EOR.

we had over 30 shares in their core, they had about 5 in ours, and HELLRIVER jumped fleet and cleared Night Wish's and Aldons  shares and has begun portalling more shares in ours, he has a huge fleet atm, and our leader is offline, as is theirs.

We think HR may have gone rogue and does not represent the family? We're not sure what is going on but, they owe us like 100 planets comp. i am making decisions for fam while Nightwish is offline. I told my fam not to escalate situation because we dont know what is going on. IC Death began a counter raid in their core (as he was too small for HR) and i told him to hold off, until we get answers but first new attack by anyone other than HR mean war and we kamikaze these fools. (with exception of retakes off of IC Deaths recent raid)

I feel most of 08 is unaware of whats going on. really not sure though. [requesting families that are not allies to attack another family is not allowed ]

well:

1) the NAP was fair and even, as you could've explored into our core too...
2) even if your family doesn't like the NAP they signed, that doesn't entitle them to break it, or else I would've broken our P NAP on the borg family already simply for catching up to us in p count. but i have standards...

whatever i dont like that nap was broken now nothing to change when i see familynews
