Thanks to the rest of 51 and even RD and DR of our allies for a good round, was not an easy round of just infrawhoring like most of the top 10 so we earned our spots!

h4e is an asshole. Plain and simple. If you've ever had interaction with him on a constant basis, you know that. As soon as you understand and accept it...he's not that bad of a player to work with. He's cocky, but he can back up everything he says. As his leader/fam player for like the past 6 unfortunate rounds, I can tell you that most of what you say is rubbish. Well, except the part of fam bank. If you can find a dependable singaporean, and american, and a brit to hold bank everyday...why not use the 3 person rotation? You judge based on 1 round you played..join us this next round. Random in and be an attacker in our fam. We will show you how real families play!

Nr1. Winning aint all as there is other achivments that are just as important as winning do winning is fun to of couse.

Concerning your list of things that you claim I like to do:
"Members of hes crew jump twice for everytime the randoms jumps."   Active players get actively jumped.  If you have to wait days for a random to log on and complete their jumps then of course they are going to be jumped fewer times.  It's about effectiveness not about being part of the "crew."
Thing is:
Lots of players low in fam early round ARE active do you do not see it much as they have nothing to do they come online for a minute see no aid no instructions and go offline again.
This is the reason why I build fams from BOTTOM and up not from TOP to bottom likle you do.
I bet I can make a fam and have it remain active averedge much longer then you for that reason.

"Active players who dont talk/obay blindly get no aid at all and said to be "inactive""  If you don't use irc and do whats best of the family then there is no reason for the family to be funding you when you do nothing in return for them.
If you havent gotten any aid for weeks and not beeing asked to explore more then one player in a fam will go inactive you must understand this.
YOU DRIBE people into going inactive with your ways.
At least half the members that delete or are removed in your fams are that becouse of YOU !

"He hog stash at war and jump 15-20 mill fleet while the fam would easiluy win the war if he jumped to 8 and let the rest of the attackers jump a mill or 2 fleet to."   When the allies and all of the bankers are saying to jump to 20 mil because they don't want YOU(Arganon) to be relied on, then it isn't my call there, it's what the rest find to be the best choice.  You can't make people log in so your idea to jump other attackers is flawed if there are no other attackers to jump that can be of use.   Go ask Kikora how many times I asked him to jump fleet and be the bigger attacker and he refused.  It's like this in many families, there are not many attackers these days who like the responsibility of taking charge and doing the dirty work, most like to have someone else do it and then them clean up.
All thoes remarks have nothing to do with reality at all.
with 7-8 attackers jumped with could have cleared share in 2 tic max then brake banker planets in their core hand over to small ppl jump in 24 hours clear pass next systems next system but that couldnt happen cos a leader who hog stash !:S

"He only use a few members as fam bank wich in turn use fam bank as powertool against other fammembers."  If you have a hand full of people who are constantly on for different time zones then why have different people do it if the others are on?  The fewer number of people that can handle it while being online to execute the plans the better and less people to screw it up.
IN that fam there was atleast 3 more player able to have bank that was more active then most that had it so dont tell me it was activitylevels that deceided who was bank or not.
It was decided by you on the ground off how you felt about the player.

AS I said above there was 3 ppl active online able to aid in running the fam that never got a chance to do it.

I dont give a shit for your nr1 fams you can have em for all I care with your farming napping all threats and waring max 3 threats on and off for most of a round.

Some sugestions if you want to be a better leader and ic player.
Learn the importance of these things:
race reseach bonus
con reseach bonus
50% rcs for attacker/ressie/cfbanker.
Someone that know calc plz teach him the acumulated effect of these things.
Cos one of your weakeness are you are uanble to understand how very important reseach are in ic.

Try be possitive against members send new players and semingly inactive member ONCE 10k gc 10k food 10k iron 2k oct 3k endo and wait and see thoes he grow ?
Incude him in aid and or jumps.
IF nothing happens for 24 hours KILL HIM !
BUT GIVE HIM A CHANCE FIRST !:S

You need to know thet about 15% of the ic players CANT chat wether its cos they are chinese and dont know how to or have a moden or dont understand how chats works but still are able players that are active and helpful.
These people can help a fam a lot.
But not a fam lead by you as you will all the time kill em and fast.

If you listen to these advices you can be a good player and a good leader.
But I dont think you are the kind of human that listen to advice !:S
