War will continue. After a nap break of u guys. The fact that is was added in the nap was to protect both fams from playing on without knowing it was cancelled, might not matter now, but that does not mean you shouldn't do what nap states . Also, no VLs reading uni doesnt count lol its stated in nap, so its a part of it...
IF you all want to be COMPLETLY moronic about the canclation part maybe you should look at the 1st part of the nap

TBO hit the nail, if you guys are strictly following what NAP reads, then the nap never existed as it was never signed at relations, actually Cloud's fam could of attack right now and it wouldnt be a napbreak.
In case it was signed at relations then Cloud should have informed the VLs and then cancel, so the countdown starts, but if he hasn't informed VLs then he has to wait extra tics to start attacks, and the war starts 48 tics after the VLs were informed, no matter what the countdown says.
My opinion in this matter (tho I know u dont care about it ) is that a standard nap not signed at relations is NOT a nap. I know you dont sign it just to allow any violation be cleared asap, but that's the way things work (unless someone with a brain starts using the rogue tag wisely like I posted ages ago in ideas).
Serenity is right about the VLs question, but he's missing the nap was never signed at relations.
IF CoH still existed in this game the solution would be to sign at relations right now (both leaders) and then cancel it next tic, so countdown starts.
If Cloud wins the war this way it will be a very honourable way and more valuable victory, if he attacks now he'll be right by gettin' advantge of a loophole but it wont be honourable.

If you want to argue about loopholes and specifics, there is nothing that says cancellation must be sent personally to the leader and viceleaders
