Would be fun if you could buy and sell units at the market.

if you want do get rid of units, what you do? you disband them...

Re: Make units tradable

hmm although this is kinda a good idea i dont think this is plausable, would there be a decay/upkeep for troops posted on the market? if so this makes it hard for the fleet farmers. although no upkeep would be abused with people hiding massive armies on the market. aswell this would mean for a small tranferring fee, family members or even people of other families can just use the same army without loosing a lot of cash.

would make for a fun round smile

Re: Make units tradable

of course there would be decay/upkeep if units are at market. resources and food as well decay at the market and in spite of that there are people that produce resources and food. so whats the problem about that? its the same thing as trading resources. And if you dont want to pay upkeep, disband the units, but selling them would be for sure better.

the idea is that units could be sold to others instead of disbanding them. Of course there will be people trying to trade units, upkeep would just be an extra fee they have to pay if buying units to resell again. In fact this is a good thing, since then it is more unlikely that people even will try to make money in trading units. They would only be bought at market, if really needed!

Galactic News
Traders on the Galactic Market are on strike, citing bad pay and rude customers. The Market will not be available until the strike stops.
