Topic: Addition to the build to certain ob percentage option

An addition to the building to certain ob option.I don't know if it's said before, but there is one thing that should be added, if it isen't alraedy possible in one way or another.

EXAMPLE

1)Lets suppose you got new planets, you start buildings,
2)when Fb you start portals and go to 100 ob.
3)Then when your buildings came in, your portals still need alot of ticks. But if you wanna go to 300 ob, you can't mass build anymore.

Cuz with the portal building, on small planets, you will only reach 297, some 298 and 299

When you are in this situation, it would be easy, if you could choose: *MAX Built* planets.

yes.. or a portal shouldn't take up build space so that it doesnt "count"

but still the max out button should be availeble
