Topic: Russian Roulette GE!

Every tick of the GE, 2 random players in the galaxy get reset to 1 planet.  Max length of the GE like 6-8 ticks.

Would be funny and entertaining!  And potentially balancing if top fams are the unlucky ones!

Hmm if you limit it to top 10, I think you'd have to reduce it to 1 per tick
