ps. if the majority didn't care about the round ending, then they would have voted accordingly.

pps.  What I reacted to was the fact that 65 people voted for the round to end, 42 people voted for the round not to end, 17 people voted that they don't care, effectively making their vote as unnecessary as counting the votes of people that were too lazy to vote. 
I then did a few things, since we like to use maths here, I will walk Serenity through it as best I can. 

1. I added up, in my head mind you, 65+42+17, which equals 124, as Serenity pointed out so graciously for me.
2. I saw already that there are 131 players in pw, so yes 7 don't care. 
*note this is when I get confused, because it seems that Serenity wants to add the No votes and the abstaining votes together, which is the same thing as if the US voting system took all the votes for the Green party, and then all of the registered voters that didn't make it out, and proceeded to take alllll of those votes and throw them on the Republican ticket, which doesn't make sense, so I took what logically would make more sense...*
3. I then proceeded, to do this weird thing, and was to differentiate those that had an opinion and those that did not.  so i took 131 -(17+7) which equals 107.  Or you could do another fun thing, and add the abstaining votes to both tickets, making the total yes votes 65+ (17 +7) which for future reference is 24, which equals 89, and then taking 42+24, which equals 66.
*Either of these choices makes it so that those that do not care are reflected equally, since they truly to not care*
4. Either of these things does something funny....which shows 2 things. 1, the majority of the number of people that chose to voice their opinion said yes.  And...well....24 (the number of people that don't care what happens) is in fact not a majority of 131 (the total number of the players in pw)

Let's have Glue and Serenity and other stupid ppl in one galaxy. and then the rest of the community in others. Let them Moderate themselves...

Basically, allow a Whiney Retard galaxy that can be reset anytime Glue or Serenity or Arganon or etc don't get to win.

now do i agree that all changes are good, and none bad, no of course not.  we will not know until we TRY them.  i for one applaud what the mods are doing and trying to do. some things are not working as good as they might have seemed in the idea block, but they are trying and all the communtiy seems to do is kick them in the face for trying.  i am still 100% shocked that we have mods left after how we treat them.

Find me where that was done. Because all that was done was people saying KotH sucked. PW of old was fine, it was simply dying just like the rest of IC at a slow speed. Normal PW > all the shit done in the past 3 rounds.

There's a bunch of ideas from players in the ideas thread about gals setups, but the mods dont even read that and decide to play their own experimants in the so called 'noob gal' they think is PW.

Seriously, even if you ever listen to those posting in ideas thread, or if you think you have better ideas than those, dont use PW as your experimental ground, you have a rare thing called Aquarius Dwarf for those purposes

Statistically speaking, the "majority" of people are retards, therefore, no one gives a shit about what the "majority" of retards do... Just because they all choose to go skydiving without a parachute, doesn't mean the rest have to follow suit... (and no, I could care less about whether the round ended...)... I'm just bored...
