The first one was better, I agree. But Hayek will always come out on top. When he won the Nobel for his work in economics, he started off his banquet speech explaining how he basically thought such an award conferred upon the economist an honor none should possess, and that if they had consulted him he would have advised against such an honor, but was grateful for his nomination nonetheless. Ahh, humility.
