Topic: Free the custom race

Yes, I know I'm dredging up an old idea.

If I want to make a race that has -200% speed or 100%rc or -200% rc or some bizarre combination I should be able to.

And nolio should be forced to make thumbs for all of them

maybe it will inspire some better pre-set races. seriously war dancers... like wtf. I'm sure the IC community can come up with some awesome races givin half the chance for some creative freedom.
