Nap cores are made in order not to give positions to a fam when they will war later and not to block expo area.
Aleph now uses it to get back planets u had lost forever to another family. Another family that was taking you 50 plts a day till we attack them.  We never heard you complaining about your core when we were attacking 91 lol.
And like 2 or 3 weeks later Aleph finds a paper that gives u 13 systems with planets we have in. Most of the systems u are not even in...
U want to use the NAP agreement, it's ur right. In RL if you find a paper that gives u half of Las Vegas it's cool for u, but here it's Imperial CONFLICT and we will just cancel as it's our right as well and raze u big_smile

Do try to stop being so one-sided on the incident RD....you fail to take into account the entire story.

1. Yes there are "core breaches". We agreed to that fact. However, we pointed out that those breaches are due to fighting a fam who had we not fought in the first place would have completely blasted your fam into nothing (which is basically where you are now). So how about a little bit of appreciation?

2. You never mention those breaches until now....why is that? Maybe because your fam is hurting for planets real bad now?

3. We offered for your fam to just leave those planets to us and accept a PNAP. Which you have refused...in turn for this, we will honor the NAP that you seem to think we will not honor....and we will cancel on your fam and just take them back and more for your wanting to be a punk.

We offered an alternative solution, changing the nap as the planets have no relation to your fam.  you refused.  so since negotiation cant work,  farming it is.

Lets not lie about stuff now hahaha...you were never raping anyone. We were in a full stale mate and knew that it was pointless to continue fighting.

Also, if you honestly think that we WANT to fight your fam for planets you are just stupid RD. I would prefer to fight the next largest fam out there because there is not any fam we cannot beat at this point in the round. I would love to fight the strong competition. But you guys whining and asking us to give you planets in systems when you already knew we would never cancel on you is just asking for us to cancel on you.

Yeah cuz that's what you do when a nap is violated. You stay quiet about it till the other fam gets such a big advantage over you that they cancel on you without giving the violations and rape you in the ass.

Except this time you guys were already at a HUGE advantage, with us having just gotten out of a war that hasn't gone too well for us (for those who can't notice sarcasm, it was terrible) and you guys having the opportunity to grow.

Oh and don't act like you wouldn't have cancelled on us otherwise. you just warred 89 and 03 so you wouldn't war those again. you probably have some agreement with 04, 91 and 92 as well, and are allied to 90. So why not just beat down the next biggest fam, right? Especially if that fam just got out of a war, only makes it better and easier for you guys? doesn't it?

fricking hell stop using this as an excuse already. You ain't fooling anyone.

Oh and us raping your attacker spread in mid-round should be seen as quite a succesful skirmish...

RD - you need to calm down and understand the situation.
you approached us about planets in your core.  we have gained those off 91.  you are trying to squeeze us for planets.  again fine.  you may have the violations.  but dont whine if you get cancelled on.

however, as kollop said, we can change the nap, and then no family loses planets.  but you seem unwanting to negotiate with us.  so what more can i do/say.

I have a question...

Why are people making NAPs outside of the official ingame relations page NAPs? I understand attaching cores to the deal before you make it official on the relations page. But why are we still seeing NAPs being made outside the game mechanics?

4703 happened to have one of these unofficial NAPs with 4702. They honored it as did we. However there was alot of contreversy surrounding the cancellation of this NAP particularly WHO can cancel it. Had it been an official relations page NAP it wouldnt of been an issue.

My advice to every family:
NEVER sign an unofficial outside the game NAP. Always make it official in the relations page AFTER you have sorted out cores, NAP payments and what not. We have these relation page NAPs for a reason. Be wise and use them.

why don't we accept a pnap? easy. We are entitled to those planets. They are not yours, they should never have been yours in the first place. Now don't go saying those planets were so hard to gain, because they were empty planets taken from 91 after they'd been taken from us in the first place. I heard you took other planets as well. Good for you, oh wow you must've been our heroes saving us from the wrath of 91. NOT. your strike on 91 hardly helped as by then we were already down and out, after 91's surprise void.

Never said we attacked 91 to help u, but when we attacked 91 they were farming you to the bone and that helped you.

I respect naps, same as Orbit and all the players u took the right to name to accuse them. Ull have "your" planets in systems you are not atm lol and we will raze you immediatly after.

If your fam members want to change leader, or if suddenly you start to care about them ill sign a pnap with no core

Either be a man and give us the planets back that never should have belonged to you, or give up this argument and tell everyone how you are not cancelling on us because you want your planets but because you noticed how easy of a target we are and decided on farming us for a few planets.

Oh you are dumb, yes the planets SHOULD have been ours...we took them. That in its own right makes them ours. Now seeing as they are in your core that gives you a right to make sure we do not stay in your core.

Unless i see in the NAP that it states we have to give you those planets....we can make the justification just as easy to say they should be traded out.

Also, it doesnt matter how many times we talk about farming your fam...blah blah...over pnapping your fam. A pnap was offered and declined. and since your fam wanted to go and pull all the shenanigans it did (mostly aleph) and piss us off, then you just have to deal with the consequences of it.

But on top of that you run your mouth RD and a few others stating we don't honor naps...rofl thats just hilarious. We will honor this NAP just like we honored our naps with every other fam this round. I could have used 3 major shares in 04 core when we warred them, but seeing as they were core violations i took down the ports and did not.

You run your mouth about a bunch of crap and it turns out that none of it was true to begin with. Get your facts straight and then try to argue. Its not that i cant win an argument against you, its that you dont have one to begin with!
