Since a lot of people wonder if NAP's or CF's are allowed we decided to make an announcement for it.

NAP's are illegal and cannot be signed

CF's can be signed but only at your own risk. If someone breaks the CF there cannot be any complaining
Permanent CF's cannot be signed either so the CF cannot last a round long cause we might get troubles with fams both in the hill who have a Perm CF

If any fam has a CF with another fam it does not count in the hill systems. Hill systems can always be attacked!
