Normaly when you work in a group the leader of the meating in this case ME ask for ideas for solving a problem.
Ursually all sit silent so to speak ok I think after 1 minute of silence.
Ill trough out my best idea and as what they think....
One more minute of dead silentnce after wich MYBE one speak up and say "but if we change like this....it will be an even better plan!"
IN other words if noone speak up my ideas will be used by default.
If others ideas are as good or better I wont mind using em.

You know once i was out walking in my nabourhood.....I saw a 2 m young fellow walking 50 m ahead of a gang on 20 - 30 young people eachtime he came close to a light at the road or a busstop he kicked out the garbage can or kicked at the pool so a 5k :- lamp  broke down eachtime he fooled around these 20 to 30 young people said WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW and he looked proud and went at once to find something else to destroy.
