Hate on me all you want. We saw our chance to legitimately hit you guys and so we did. Had you made the same nap with us in 91 as you made with 04 you wouldn't have had this problem. Why did you bother putting different 2v1 clauses in our naps? Had you simply used the same clausethe nap wouldn't have been legally void. In your nap with 04 you have a statement which details specifics and yet you left that out for us. Maybe you thought it would be a good chance for you to use that in your favour? Who knows.

Again the bottom line was 89 declared they were 2v1 by 91/04 and therefore the nap with 01 was void.

and yes thats the stupidest clause ever, I've already called WC an old fart for his stupidity and fygaro in 89 that signed that is just as stupid.

that clause is in itself stupid. their is no way 89 or 91 can be in attacked in a 2v1 by the other alliance cuz 89 and 91 are napped and thus cant be 2v1'd by each others alliances the only way for this to happen is for one fam either 89 or 91 to BREAK THE NAP but in that case the VOIDING of the NAP would just be stupid cuz it was already broken

Term 2, the one you lay back on is also false since 89 (our allied) napped and arent fighting so when yoiu declared it was a pure 1 vs 1, how do you justify that?

before we even declared war against 89 nap was already void, but to show that we waited here is the timeline

We declared war against 89. Our ally attacks 89 as well. 89 verifies 2v1 therefore NAP IS VOID. So 01 and 91 are free to fight.

What you are implying is since we napped 89 it was no longer a 2v1 so why attack you guys? Because nap was no longer existent.

It is not allowed for both families to attack the ally in the other families core. other families can be attacked, however planets have to be traded out after successfull attack. The only exception to this is if you are at war with the other families ally, attacks are then permitted and planets will be traded out after the war has ended.

Planets in cores of the other family has to be traded out.

nap will void if 4691 attacks 4689 in a 2vs1 or Xvs1 (where X is higher than 2) situation. same happens if 4701 attacks 4704 in a 2vs1 or Xvs1 situation.

Parrot, the in game nap signing doesn't leave much room for a 'void clause' or nap compensation planets at all

its words like yours that bring the game down. I still enjoy IC very much surprisingly dispite the revolution in technology and graphics imaging and i find it disgusting that you say that the game is going down even more. If you don't like it just leave already and stop bashing the game.

Poor NAP really, should of read "if 89 or 04 are attacked 2v1, the nap time will reduce to 24 hrs"

its not a break by 91, but its really cheap and nasty.  bit dissapointing as i liked their fam.

they asked us for nap several times telling us that they dont want 92/02 to win the round. we gave them that nap and now we see what their motivation was. they just feared the fight we had and wanted to go the easy way...

if you guys have fun like that, thats ok. however we proved that we are not running away from true fights fighting 02/92 on our own for some days. 91 has still to prove that. we will see how they will do when they have to face a real fight. they will go down like allways and 02/92 will win
