Itis not very sunny...

Though it's a better a temperature than last week.

curtains been shut all year so not seen what its like outside   is dark now

its gna get better at the end of the week.

and my balance seems kinda off today. cant seem to walk straight and fell back against the wall in my room an hour ago...

had an exam two days ago and was revising alot for it b4 that. i was mentally exhausted after the exam but im fine now mentally.

i havnt done any proper exercise since last wednesday because i was revising.

i dont drink any caffeine (no coke, red bull or coffee)

oh and i dont think im tired becos i missed my alarm and got plenty of sleep this morning

nope, but i read u can get it just from bad colds. iv had a bit of a cold the past few days accompanied by nasty headaches.

its better now though. there was no falling over during badminton

i get it sometimes from irregular sleep patterns even if i've slept for over 8 hours
