I believe its the responsibility of the leader to promote a friendly teamwork oriented enviroment to play in. A good leader finds a way to achieve harmony amongst his family. Obviously there are douchebags out there that just wont cooperate. This is why we have the 'rogue' tag. This renders them harmless.

If you, as a family, cant work together to get rid of one guy then you have more problems than just an unruly player. Honestly i see no problem in the way we handle inactives and rogues right now. Maybe im desensitized having dealt with this issue for 10 years? Its part of the game. Deal with it tongue

Ya im going for steelers also. But i think its going to be a very close game. Probably come down to a FG 27-24 or 33-30 something like that.
