What shall we call this round, round 1 or what?

There is something important you should know about this galaxy.

There are several extremely resource rich solar systems in the center of the galaxy. Our scouting teams report production bonuses sizes that have never before been seen! These planets could give our empire and our family a formidable production advantage over all competing families in the galaxy. We must capture all of these planets for ourselves.

We cannot risk any empire from another family having a production advantage like this over us. Any allies we form could become overcome with greed and wipe us out of these systems. I advise staying away from alliances which could betray us and instead focusing on warring for these planets.

We have begun moving toward these systems but our actions must have aroused suspicion in the other families in the galaxy. They have similarly positioned themselves so that they are just as close. They will be fighting over these planets just as fiercely as we will be.

Given the unique situation the galactic overseers have seen fit to modify some of the galactic treaties. Luxuries afforded in the past have been thrown out the window in these resource rich systems. The so called "Protection Mode" and "Vacation Mode" clauses can legally be ignored when attacking one of these special planets. Even the 35% family networth protection has been thrown out the window when attacking in these systems.
