2. change happens

3. people start complaining about the changes even before they are implemented

king of the hill will be interesting, a new means of playing the game. the building changes have been necessary for a while, all in all it will require new starting strategies/strategies in general

7 days registration is abit gay imo. i really dont think fams need that long to prepare for the round, most fams make a plan within last 24 ticks before BOR.

How much players each family in PW? and Draft? Reshufle?

...what does this mean exactly?

do you have to own all the planets in all those systems or only 1 in each?

and all those planets have to be portalled?

I think the new rules require some explanations, imo if MW players join when round has started they have advantages cause they're small enough to explo there and not be cleared.

I agree with the changes done in general, but you are forgetting about a important issue --> this gal has to be Hardcore, other way it will be a fail.

mw player will join the galaxy 2 days later but he tick will start same time for all

hardcore probably not but i am addressing the issue regarding player nw and fam nw to have them try not to have it been affected when they are in the marked systems.

Perhaps they could code it so that attacking planets in the designated systems have no morale and NW constraints, where as anywhere else will have normal? If possible.
