I do agree with you that it is kind of bs, they should have simply stated the planets that were allowed to be in the core and all others should have been traded out, but I didn't write the nap nor did I sign it. 4398 did agree, so it is their mistake/problem whatever you want to call it. Isn't serenity the person that keeps telling everyone 'you should learn how to read a nap'? Ironic

Don't pass it onto Serenity if you won't accept anything either. He said more than once that he's not been involved in diplomacy for his fam. If that clause isn't your problem, then neither is it his.
Having said that, your leaders should have maybe given people a chance to read it through before it was finalised? To be honest, I'm pretty out of the PW loop atm, so I can only base my judgements off what I see here or catch on IRC so maybe I missed something, but it all looks a bit messy to me

4601 tried to play it off that 4598 broke the NAP when in reality they violated the NAP and refused to give up planets that were in violation. Your leader only once, like 3 days ago approached us about 1 violations so I don't know why you guys keep saying 3. And let's say there was a violations, you should have contacted us about that violations instead of breaking the nap without warning. Reminiscing about the past is fun and all, but it doesn't change the facts mate.

I have to admit, I wasn't particularly happy when I heard that my leader wanted to cancel on you. But it is his style, and that's quite an aggressive style.
