With the new law, journalists may suffer an excessive fine when a certain institution decides they are not objective. The parliament chooses the members of this institution. The parliament means one party.

if Paul Krugman publishes his column in Hungary this law makes sense

The core joke of Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is that of course no civilization would develop personal computers with instant remote database recovery, and then waste this technology to find good drinks.
