hmmm, well it has sense, someone too lazy to get ops he won't use anyway decides to have a lesser decay on income. It is not significant if you're  thinkin' on just some tics, but if this guy is supporting the fambank all the round the decay of cash is reduced as an overall.

I tryied one round to go attacker with 0 income (not negative). It is good when you raid a banker and dont raze infra, other than that I prefer some usefull ops instead tongue

you better invest this in infra for bankers or cash into fundings, and you'll stay small tongue much better, this is just crap
