Half of the players coming from mw should've come already. they are ranked low or are getting beaten up, so no reason for them to stay in mw.

they should not let so many fams start with disadvantage just to make those mw-players get into pw, would be unfair.

the mw ppl who join pw when mw has ended, will only stay for a few days and delete when mw re-opens. Imo this is for the best as those ppl only put the hurt on their own fams.
