the best i have seen teams work goes like this;
1. you only use it durring expo
2. teams are set like this/ banker resourcer attacker, or banker resourcer opper/wizzie
 
banker resourcer attacker.
when either banker or resourcer comes on line the first thing they do (bankers) is send all their cash to their resourcer, the same with the resourcer they send all of their resources to the banker, then they build the different things that they need, the process is repeated when they are signing off for the day as well.

banker resourcer wizzie/opper.
same as the first except that the banker gives the wizzie opper 1/3rd of the monies as well as the resourcer does resources.

both of these can be adjusted by the needs of another team member.

3. both attacker and resourcer helps the banker get to 20 planets asap, then the resourcer gets 8 the attacker 5 in a spread around the family core.
4. once full build, and to the 20/ 8/ 5 they are to start sending 50% of their profits to the leader for family bank in the case of the banker/attacker/ wizzie/opper the attacker and wizzie/opper get 5 planets.
5. the leader is to receive the bank (50%) from the ones that have reached the team goal, and get the lagging ones up to speed.
6. the banker is the team leader period, if they are not experienced then kill them off or have them change their race, this strat wont work unless the banker knows what they are doing.
7. once everyone has the 20/8/5 or 20/5/5, then you go to family bank....
but i don't run family bank like everyone else... i think for the fun of the game you have to have some time and means to do as you feel is best, so with that said, the family bank only gets 50% a tick of your cash/resources, and it all goes to the leader no exceptions.
then the leader takes request for cash or resources, and sends to them, OR they give someone the cash or resources to do a specific thing.

if this is done as said you will grow faster than any other family because nothing is wasted and everyone is constantly building out with all they got, and everyone is enjoying the game so your activity will be high.

thats why we have had so many problems with activity lately... too many people are trying to be total dictators, and the family members get bored and go inactive.
