Its academic anyways cuz this form of cheating is nearly impossible to prove these days. The mods accept only 1 form of evidence to prove it and nobody is stupid enough to get caught.

I played 6man SD hardcore about 2 yrs ago and this was much better than this round. It was intense, and this one is not. I don't know if there's IA and it's harder to prove.

I don't know why mods allowed to have attacks open on Thanksgiving day. (Europeans have mroe advantage over Americans.) I was upset that I could not be online as I fear I might lose spread. When I logged on after Thanksgiving. I was surprised I only lost one spread to 4539. I was able to raid other fams easily that's like 3-5 ticks away to my home system and they did not put up much of a fight. 4460 did fought but not good enough because they got Camaar, they would be able to clear me out very quickly with 200% speed, but he didnt. That's why it's lame. Then later 4553 started raiding because they have biggest fleet. (yes, I saw infil) That's when 4560 stopped attacking and retake very slowly.

There is only 7 fams left and I believe two or three of them will be gone soon. 4571 and 4553 seem to be only fams left that's big.

I'm not gonna play too hard on this one if there is no challenge. Why? It's lame.

And I know for one thing for sure. I wont play a round that's go through holidays because that's when everyone suddenly become inactive. so pffthh

There is an obvious IA happening in the galaxy. NO! im not gonna name names. For the record my family hasnt fallen victim to it.....yet. So im not bringing this up cuz of something that affected me directly.

None of this matters. Its gonna keep happening because the IA rule, as it stands now, is all but worthless. The only evidence accepted by the mods are ingame messages and forum posts. Everyone knows this. Nobody is arranging IAs through ingame messages anymore. They are using IRC and MSN to plan their IAs.

So how are we to prove IAs now? 2 familys striking at the same time can be easily dismissed as coincidence. The offending familys can claim ignorance to each other's plans. They can also claim any number of things that provoked an attack on the 'victimized' family in question.

@mods: I AM NOT insulting you guys or criticizing the mod team in any way shape or form here. I am simply stating the facts about the IA rule. Its not the mod team's fault or anything like that. its an issue that i believe needs to be addressed at some point though.
