if you want to play in a successful family, you set your leader and you listen to him.
no fu*king questions no f**king arguments you do what your told in the fam by the leader because the leader has a plan and you must follow it

you sort out leader from BoR and sort vice leaders after that its done. dont chirp up /2 way through round trying to change leadership or whatever you had your chance you didnt step up or didnt cut it get over it.

if you dont agree or have concerns, explain your concerns dont go off on one and you can discuss it but ultimatly you MUST lsten to your leader thats what he is there for

if the fam fails then its on him n you gotnext round to prove yo can do a better job.

if the situation is THAT bad then hold a fam meeting and majority vote rules. see whats going on and once a majority vote is ruled the WHOLE fam commits to it.

this is the key to a successful family.

Both of you were stupid in the conflict, just stfu already it's over.  If I had been on, it wouldn't have happened.

all subjects should be open for discution in a fam BEFORE the leader CHOOSE course of action AFTER listning to all.
Once the decition have been made that decition STANDS !
Give the leader the chance to make hes plans work.
But once he mess up bad ask him to find another leader within the fams rank as he no longer have the needed support to lead the fam.

Thats how a fam SHOULD work wich its sad inuf almost never thoes.
