i wonder if this was tried if it would work.

1. sab 100% of attackers portals of an enemy.
2. nuke same enemy to crap.
3. have allies raid that enemy and portal since all attackers would be working from HS
4. farm them.

or is there something missing that would not let it work?

well ages ago Scorp disbanded all his units.... including his agents for a con jump to rebuild to hit us.... Josh's alliance came together and sabbed him 38 times
