i second the idea for 3 man fams, SS is good but its not everyones cup of tea is it best to have a change

I like proving im the best which means one man fams is the way forward with no allies. Last round i was unlucky to have gone away for 1 week just before that tri hit me 3 VRS 1 but next round ill be here the whole round pluss no allies would mean it would be even more fair as my allies let me down BIG time not that i did not like fighting u Kollop,Lohan and silvarian for 3-4 weeks of the round as u made it a GREAT round for me very exiting lots of action smile but next round i want to go for GOLD/revenge on my own with no backup would make it such a good round for me big_smile

Reading all posts:

No ally (everybody agrees)
No market (Noir is the only one that wants it now; first posts he was explaining how better it is without tongue )
Majority wants 7 days before attacks start (to prepare defenses, attacks and see how ppl grow)
No morale (everybody agrees)

half ppl want 1 man, the other half want 3 men, few would like to test 2 men (i know that 50%+50%+few=more than 100%)
If we want to stick to SS it must be 1, but many ppl like talking to ppl, organise war plans with others. I think now we agreed on all other things we should vote: 1,2or3 members

proposal : lets just alternate ... 1 round SS, one round of small number (2-4) peeps in fam, another round SS, etcetc ... that way everyone gets their shot at least every 2 rounds. I for one am a team player & will not play SS, whereas others (like nightwish and noir) might skip the multiple peeps rounds ... but at least everyone gets some fun regularly smile

i Agree to those arguments Portgas gave so i vote for 2 man but with fixed race so its equal for everyone.

last round 15 players randomned and never played, that means 15 families that are dead from start if we do all random. Ill play only SD so i dont want my round screwed from start!

And the last round it was multiple player drafted families, 2 families drafted and One player in a 2 person family was first in nw from day 2 till the end.  This was just the round before last.   3 man families, no drafting, no rejoining, hardcore rules.   Atleast with it being no drafting, the odds of the families being completely stacked and you unable to survive on your own or in a 2 person family if someone is inactive is a lot less than if it were drafted families

we can pre-fix custom races too, cause standard races directly suck for SS, I posted before about mods doing 5 pre-fixed custom races to play SS and  everyone choose 1 out of those 5

Lets make it 2 man fams where 1 player controls both empires! Makes for more perfect colaberation, will push IC to the limits of how smoothly it can be run etc, will be interesting
