To all despotic leaders (H4E,Occ and a few more...):
You guys need to learn something.
You do not build fams by taking full control and telling everyone exactly what to do basicly playing 13 accounts.

Look at 4415 this round and OOC.
He marked and killed me while i sat there with 6 eships about to send out.
I wasnt that eeger to stay on if we have had talked it over I would have explored passed planets and res and deleted.
This way the fam lost 6 planets and my res.
When hes done killing me off he starts an argument with most members we do as I like becouse im leader without discution or  get a new leader.
After resently exposing and fb he all of a sudden DELETES guess what I have seldom seen a singel player destroy so much for a fam.
And to think i wasted my code on THAT guy !:S
Try for once to belive in the players in your fam.
Use fam bank until first member hit 50 planets then go down on teams.
Mybe 2 man teams or bigger once 4 or 5 members.
Be the fams tutor if you see people beeing ineffective or wastefull.
Hande diplo and delegete as much as possible when you notice that someone is good at something.
Delegate not concentrate no matter how good you are you cant do all tasks in a fam yourseldf and even if you could it wouldnt be done as good as if you let in others into the decition making and execution of tasks.
So stop beeing so da*n despotic cos you are shooting yourslelf in your foot.

when i was leading families, we never had a cent of cash or a resource left that wasn't making us money or a building every tick during expo.
i always thought it critical that nothing get wasted in the fast building of a family, and to sit around with millions of GC and and resources and do nothing with it drives me crazy, like holding back in race.... it drives me nuts.
