48hrs he must be marked as inactive (leader can give him such tag)

lol you guys...

48 hour rule is applied to the beginning of the round or when a player joins a family. He can't be deleted until he's been in the family for 48 hours.

If you can't kill him and he's been in the family for more then 48 hours he's either blocked by the mods or he entered vacation mode

well he is actually longer than 48H in that fam, he is online and not blocked, he is also marked inactive and he is on 1 planet. perhaps it is that he is in another fam than i am in... i thought that that did not matter before? changed?

You can't kill another family's inactive players unless it's in a Hardcore galaxy (SD)
