I don't get why people say good luck to those they are fighting against... I don't mean anything negative - but I want us to win and them to lose and that means good luck for them is bad luck for us =P

I think I'd rather say that I hope we have a good war in which each side's strategy plays out without cheating or making it personal and nasty. smile

Presending fleets is not a violation.  You are a complete fool if you think so.  HOw many times have people present fleets with small planets to hold them?  NUMEROUS.  Actual attacks are against nap, not fleets sent
