THE REASONS FOR BLOCKS:

1) Multying
-> Quite simple: you have more than one master account (a master account being the account you login to before playing)
You are only allowed 1 IN TOTAL.
(Official (!!) tutors are allowed 1 extra for use in Virgo)
Punishment: Deletion of all accounts.

2) Account sitting
-> You log in for someone else or someone else logs on for you. This can vary from 1 time only to permanent sitting.
Punishment: Deletion of accounts involved.

3) Spamming the forums
-> You posted many the same threads, many of the same posts, many pointless threads/posts, etc etc
Basically you cluttered the forum without a reason.
Punishment: Usually temp block, deletion is possible as well in severe cases.

4) Illegal drafting
-> You took over an account from someone else or someone else took over your account in order to get into a specific family.
Punishment: The account that was taken over as well as the account of the previous owner will be deleted.

5) Abusing bugs
-> This one requires common sense. If a certain bug/glitch in the game suddenly hands you 1 billion GC for free and you choose to keep your mouth shut and use it you're abusing a bug.
Punishment: Varying from a warning or temporary block to deletion of account.

6) Other
-> Excessive cussing ingame or on the forums, using proxies, using tools/bots that are not allowed, etc etc etc
Punishment: Varying from a warning or temporary block to deletion of account. Possibly even a long term ban from the game.

The response to blocks

1) Block defense
You can write a defense in the block.
For all defenses counts: dont try to lie.
Trust me, we can tell.

2) Email
Send an email to [email protected] with whatever information you'd like to provide.

DON'T post in forums about it.
DON'T lie in your defense.
DON'T use the excuse that you didnt know the rules.
