Topic: draft disgruntled penguins for next round mw

Anno Domini MMX, the dpenguins needs a family for next round in mw.  He will be custom cf banker or revs pop banker or partax banker or resourcer.  He will fill your family forum with happiness and glee.  He will give unsolicited illegal legal advice (just kidding).  He will probably need a lot of attention and may seem clingy at times but means well.
