wot? nw ranks means EVERYTHING at this stage. size just means you got 6 expos going a little earlier than everyone else, or u had more players earlier on (like the way 59 only had 10 for a long time so theyr behind in planets). there hasnt been enough attacking yet for it to make a significant difference among the top fams.

size matters at EOR, it shows how warlike you were and how succesful you were in your wars. but right now it means nothing. NW on the other hand shows how efficient your start strategy and your infra building have been up to this point in the round. it also shows your how big your fleets are. fleet + infra are what make a fam formidable at this point in the round, so having top networth is what is important at this point in the round, not top size

there havnt been any proper wars yet psycho. size shows your strength later on, not this early. me being 30 planets ahead of 49 and 80 planets aheadof 59 doesnt make me super-good compared to them, and it certainly doesnt make 49 super-good compared t 59. my lead in planets is evidence that i had an extra player than 59 making 6 expos a day (becos they only had 10 players and we only had 11) and my lead over 49 is evidence that i had my all players building 6 expos a day slightly earlier than they did. thats all it shows. the test of attacking skill doesnt come this early in the round lol.

each fam's current nw shows you wot their infra and fleets are like. a gd infra means that you will have better funds than ur enemy in war later on and bigger fleets now mean u have a better chance of securing systems to expo in later on in the round (that cant be seen from pcount becos the systems arent filled up yet). current NWs dictate the probabilities of how well each fam will do later on in the round in both planet count and networth. that is why networth is the important one right now.

+Kagar's Fam. Doing quite well as they sit on top of Andro with a decent lead on the 2nd place fam. Planet count looks good, seems like these guys will be a force to be reckoned with the entire round. Currently a part of the top alliance along with 749.

+Have what will be the largest core in the Galaxy. Absolutely nothing along the lines of close quarters competition. Don't really know what kind of line up they've got, so could be interesting if a fam is able to penetrate into nearby systems thru naps or sneakiness. This fam intrigues me as many ppl could simply ride the position they have for a top finish.

Anywho, Rexy's fam, very strong family. Coupled with 759 for top alliance, in the fairly crowded northern regions of the north eastern sector. Shall see how they turn out for them, but i could seem them gettin the top spot. (btw damon where are you?) As long as both families stay active they are my current pick for top alliance at eor.

Don't know too terribly much about them, but they have a good core with their allies and due to the close proximity of their alliance it will be very difficult for other fams to penetrate anywhere. Not sure how these guys will finish, but i dont see them droppin out of top 10.

Bara is in there, strong player (best ss ive ever seen) but does have a history of deleting if he gets hit.  They have been rising the past week or so, and as long as they dont get gang banged they will finish top 10.
