No, but it is against the conventions. Most people honour a war, and leave the two to fight it out. Just like no rule against nuking any time, but most require a declared war before it is allowed

Lol. I did not ask for a mod, he edited my post (rightly, as we  dont need planets and systems exposed here) and said I had no thread on the war.  He foisted himself on me, not the other way around. My reference to him bein a mod was to insinuate he should edit all threads, not just mine, and should be aware of the thread about our war.

I am in one o those three fams involved. The other fam in the war are good fighters, and I dont appreciate a third party stepping in. I have enough  to do fighting them.

An, Nolio, I will keep that in mind, and only atk fams at war 9 times or less, lol. I look forward to your next declared war.....

Hummy valc is one of my bankers. Yes i admit to taking a planet off a person in your fam, which you then took back, then i took again from you. I did not know you were in war because i do not live in the uni news... until this topic came up. lol. Anyways IC is a game of taking others planets to benefit your own empire. Ive played for a loooooooong time and i can honestly say that if i take more than 20 off you then yeah im a vulture, but if i take 10 in total from your family... im still on good grounds as a honorable player.

First off, I wish to apologize to eveyone for even making this thread. I jumped to conclusions, based on the ping-pong of ONE planet. My bad.

Second, I wish to publicly and personally apologize to Steam for accusing him of being a vulture.  He isnt, and he wasnt. It was the one planet only, and as he said, he didnt know of the war. I personally would never knowingly take ONE planet from a fam in a war, but he didnt even know, so not his fault.

Third, I want to publicly, and personally apologize to Valcona, and his entire family He is correct. The system was not in contention before the war he was involved in. Second, I dont think I was aware of the war, but should have been regardless. Third, the activity in that system shoulda given my fam a clue, anyway. Fourth, that system take did indeed take place BEFORE the end of their war. Next, I dont know if I was personally involved in the take, but knowin myself as an atk, I may well have done it alone, without the rest of the fam involved. Or I may have aided fam members in it, or other fam may have done it without my help. Regardlees of how it was done, or by whom, it was wrong. It should never have happened. I cant fix it at this late date, but I can admit it, and apologize for it.

Finally (ya long-winded Hummy is about finished) I want to say I have talked to both Steam and Valcano in pms. An, both are reasonable and calm, and state their facts in a good way, with no name calling and no threats or abusive language.  They state their case, and back up their positions with facts. An, I am positive, if the shoe was on the other foot, they would do as I am doing now.

These two have my respect.
