Hello Pinwheel.
We have always been known as the galaxy wherein all the noobs reside - a galaxy where true talent rarely enters. It is an image conjured by the "real" players in the "bigger" galaxies, Andromeda, Milky Way etc.
The Imperial Conflict Challenge gives us a unique opportunity to compete with these individuals who mock our talents. I urge those of you who are the gems of PW to bring together a family to take on the ICC and go further than what we did last time.
In the last round 20% of the families in the semi-finals were purely PW based, unluckily none of the families (one fam represented by me, the other by Selur) made it to the finals.
I think this round it should be our goal, as a galaxy to create a family which will fight its way to the finals, and show the rest of the universe that PW is not a shithole!
Also if there is anyone else creating a family please say so here. lets bring the Pride back to PW.
Im intrested in doing this..... Id love to put PW back on the map i took a short break from PW and went to andro and when i told players i was from pw i was treated like a n00b... Id love to wipe the smirk off big named ic players and also prove myself while doing it... If u need me contact me anytime
Unless there are crap fams from other galaxies, it wont happen. BTW, my family beat STB in round 12 (by networth).
And the STBs since then are not fake. They became one of the few PW legacy fams which moved on to different galaxies. Kinda like the Munchers or TDC of pinwheel

Triq, you are honestly telling me that the ragmuffin brought together by Hellinis and Co were the true soul of the original STB??
this "legacy" STB fam that you talk of which went to MW got totally owned. The likes of Hellinis, Ironcurtain, Linchpinn, maxatron et al were not original STB.
Planeeters, Ring rot, evil empire, echo et al were the real STB.

If they have under a certain amount of planets (I think 40? Some say different), you lose extra morale

i was there rd 12.
Maxa and missile were there I believe. And STB played with JSO (Echoes I think) and Planteers (the original ones) in the later rounds. And the STB fams have finished top 5, which is more than I can say for any other pw fams that moved to MW, Andro or Tri. Except if you consider Oblique (and me) as pinwheel players when we first started playing together in Andro (note, we had both played galaxies other than pw for 7-8 rounds before starting together). Just mostly in pinwheel before than and our fam members were also a lot of pinwheel players (kindof explaining why FfT is a mostly pinwheel based group )
And yes, I was the biggest banker outside STB that round. They dont show fam names in history anymore. And I dont remember what the fam name was. Playtronics or Beers may remember. They were with me.
I quite liked the TDC fam i was in from andro about 4 years ago. to be honest my memory is so shot i can hardly remember where and who i played with and it doesnt matter who is the best as the last ferw rounds i have played with some great players such as visser and zack. the fam i am in now is just as good and i am enjoying it.

but they were the noobs of the original STB fam.
and weren't you in the later STB fam?? the one that went to MW??
