Not many people know this, but I own the first radio in Springfield. Not much on the air then, just Edison reciting the alphabet over and over. "A" he'd say; then "B." "C" would usually follow...

ever.

i have to admit that in the end i can live with spain having won the match, considering they were trying to be the more offensive team.
however, that referee was way out of control, rediculous yellow cards, spanish players constantly diving, and asking for cards (which is a yellow card offense, no yellow card was ever given).

Congratulations to spain, but this match will always have a bitter taste to it.

the better team won; i probably would of been pissed if Holland was rewarded for their style of play in this match; they're lucky they weren't several men down. Only big mistake with officiating was not giving de jong a red imo.
