this is your constant mistake. The fmod team is there to enforce authority upon you. It serves Authority not the community, so your regular appeals to Liberty, Fraternity and Equality totally fail.  As does your demand for a dialectical proof of the Justice behind the power of authority over the community.  It is the Community who serves Authority for the betterment of Authority. This is the truth behind all commercial websites.

i dont appeal for liberty, fraternity, and equality. i appeal for consistency, and the only consistency they provide is consistently being unable to be consistent.  and without consistency there can be no authority; because you cannot obey rules that constantly change.

for example, primo made the unrealistic attempt to establish precedence of being unable to disrespect any person on earth, past, present, or future; and i pointed out how unrealistic such a thing it is, and i am sure in the next month they will fail to consistently uphold that precedence...

you are also mistaken on the purpose of this forum and the fmods. this forum is a service. it is here for people to enjoy; no one comes here to be bullied. the fmods arent here because stefan thought that people need to be bullied in his forum. they are here to make sure the forum provides its service.

Re: Poll: Draconianism of IC forum rules

When did you start appealing for consistency?

The core joke of Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is that of course no civilization would develop personal computers with instant remote database recovery, and then waste this technology to find good drinks.
Steve Jobs has ruined this joke.

"It is the Community who serves Authority for the betterment of Authority. This is the truth behind all commercial websites."

Couldn't you say that about human civilization in general?

Humanity serves civilization for the betterment of civilization.

I'll start another thread.

Re: Poll: Draconianism of IC forum rules

I wonder how many people really like to see that topic of flint closed? Even flint old time enemies would prefer to post how stupid the topic is and what a retard he is instead of having it blocked.

And I don't understand the whole pic. We are not supposed to argue that somebody needs to die yet we can argue death penalty?

Re: Poll: Draconianism of IC forum rules

i was wondering who still plays IC here? I never met anyone ingame

'Success! The realm of Genesis has been reduced to dust! Our forces are leaving the planet though, as it is scheduled for demolition to make way for a new hyperspace bypass.'

Re: Poll: Draconianism of IC forum rules
