SS Army's OPs, were a NAP break, you can spin it however you want with semantics, but deadly ops on a NAP'ed family is a NAP break by-the-by, you can't argue differently, since we were waiting to see what you would do with the 25 situation, this sent the signal you were ready to break NAP, and do the same shit 25 did, we were not gonna sit around, and wait for you to jump fleet, and clear us without warning, you provoked it, i don't care the excuse.

People need to stop finding excuses for their dishonorable actions, you made your bed, now lye in it.

I'd already told Rawrr I was staying out of it. We made no bed, tensions were high and ss army op'd a CF banker. Now ok that was a nap break by him, did you ask for any compensation? I dont think you did.

You then attacked us. I got our leader to contact you about everything, apparantly him and Rawrr had a chat in irc, i saw the logs, the very next tick Aleph had jumped fleet (must have been at least 4 ticks previous to this conversation he started constructing fleet) and cleared us.

Like I said, I'd had the fleet to clear 40 for days, i wasn't going to break on you guys.

Thats the facts, all i can do is apologise.

You review my words up in this thread... time was before of to jump fleet and I only clearing my share systems with 31...

Where I attacked your home base in S3?

I jumped fleet for to defender my small banker attacked by LEE (3925) and ARMY SS (3931).... X(

Now LEE is far as 10 tics of my core S4 and 6 tics of my bankers in S3. Simple and correct.

I dont see other problem. X( I am peace man and innocent. smile

I didnt say home base did I. And Our NAP did not contain cores, just areas both families weren't mean't to be in.

You attacked us in s1/s2, an area both our fams could be in, closer to our hs than yours. Rawrr attacked us in an area we weren't meant to be in, but the planets were defenceless and we were simply removing 41 from there. and you're fam had planets in an area you weren't mean't to be in but i dunno what the situation with those planets was as i thought anubis was going to remove you from them after we had explored for you for our NAP, which we did.

This whole situation is fubar tbh, i don't like it at all.

Uhmm I jumped only one time this round and my jump is minim and only for clear and defend my banker of 25 and 31 in share systems. Now if you says: "Aleph cleared us of S1/S2"... I had idea your family still was in S2 and YOUR family has bankers and resources range "1 TIC" of my portals in this moment... My Question:  I am attacking? I raped your bankers? I raped you? I raped resourcers... nothing... I dont raped nothing this round...  I am only playing mode ultra defensive.
