Topic: 05 answer me.

05 has numerous(and i mean between 30-75) planets in systems that were agreed to be 05 free in a pnap signed at the beginning of the round.  I do not believe they will give them up, since ive yet to receive a response.  Werent they just bitching in a different thread about 06 not giving up planets that breached their nap?

lol how about sending me the cords of those planets in-game? cuz I really doubt that we have 40-45 planets in systems where we are not allowed to be

Do you doubt?  I'm at work but when I get
home I will send them all.  Read our nap carefully, you wrote it.  Probably more than 45.  I already sent you a first draft that was in our small core alone.

I feel like a lawyer in UNI news, im for hire next round guys, 10 planets + for high profile accusations.

Anyways, Im trying to tell duck that our PNAP with 10 15 ALLIANCE was an ALLIANCE PNAP. Since they are no longer ALLIED, then the ALLIANCE PNAP is Voided by default. Your core, and 10's core, jointly became your alliance core. Which for us, meant to stay out east of X48. Which we have honored. Then YOUR ALLIANCE was broken. Thus voiding said ALLIANCE PNAP. It was an AlLIANCE PNAP which included 3910, 3915(your fam) and the single family 3905. Since you had a seperate core list, we asked 3910 to void our PNAP clause so that we can explore into 3910's core. Then, your family decided to BREAK ALLIANCE with 3910. So i fail to see where you come with over 100 planets, claiming a PNAP violation that was voided by default anyway, in a core, that was not your own.

flash there is nothing bs about this at all. Before we went west of x48 we ASKED permission from 10 and got that granted, so why would we now have to give that up to 15? That is BS

wait, just to clarify things.. cuz sky's post does have something interesting, namely:

05's violations are in the core 10 put into the pnap and not what 15 put into the pnap? and then later 05 asked 10 permissino to enter 10's core and they got it so they did enter 10's core but not 15's?

plz tell me if i'm right about this.

cuz if that's the case: i didn't know it was like that. if the planets had been in 15's core i would've understood why they are violations, but as the cores were written down seperatly of one another (i just assume this cuz that's what 10/15 did on our nap with them) and 05 took planets in 10's core, i don't think 15 is in the right to call them violations as the planets are not even in their core and 05 had permission to take those planets in 10's core.
