Lol nap clauses have shown to be crap.. you expect 08 to keep to them when you guys can't with 05?  And wah we only have 2 attackers!  13 only had 1 attacker most of the round, we had 2 when rogue became available again ..  But that did'nt stop 06/09 from attacking.

Jimno we (06) handed over the nap violations with 05 so dont call us anything... Also 08 has some nap violations with us... And es i expect them to hand them over...

I've been away for the weekend and things got interesting. Let me lay it out for you:

Having NAP violations isn't ground for voiding. REFUSING TO GIVE UP NAP violations is. As far as I know we (06) have been giving up our violations to 05 because they rightfully should own them due to NAP agreement. If 08 does not give up all their NAP violations before war starts, we will void our NAP.

lol Ricking, Templare is already known as a napbreaker, it dont impress him big_smile

I dont mind if it's nap break or nap void, I just say, fight like a man when we are ready to fight (when nap expires) and dont come here with gay nap clauses I should honor. It's proved those clauses ruin the fun of this game.

This is the scenario, just so everybody understands the dilemma I'm facing:

1) Render cancels 72hr NAP with 09
2) 06 cancels 72hr NAP with Render 10 hours later
3) Render has NAP violations totalling up to more than 20 systems, which were asked to be handed over before war with 09 starts.

Render refuses to do so -> and because refuses to abide the core clause, to which I responded that we (06) will then disregard the 72hr cancellation clause. But Render won't let us do that either,  but he doesn't want to hand over his violations. I am left with a difficult situation to navigate tongue
