So he hasn't nuked since I told him to stop. You want to "punish" him, probably driving yet another IC player out of the galaxy, and if I won't allow you to "punish" him, you'll "punish" me.

I won't mark him rogue. If he had violated orders to stop, I would have been the first one to mark him rogue. You've already taken the vast majority of his planets, which is more than compensation enough for you at this point. There is no need to do more. At this point, marking him rogue would be nothing more than fluffing your ego, based on the fact that you can "get your will" in this game. If you attack us based on the fact that I won't mark him rogue, you're doing the same.

OK so EITHER:
a) This counts as compensation
OR
b) These attacks were ALSO NAP breaks, in which case a successful attack requires payment of 2 planets per attack, meaning that we get 34 planets back.

If you engage my family, you will be voiding a PNAP with an awfully small fam. It doesn't matter whether you messaged me yesterday, the fact is that you will be voiding a pnap.  If you can live with that, then be my guest.

i had to think about this statement several times, i play poker "alot" and from what i have seen, and the statements i have seen from others..... it seems obvious to me that he was saying one thing and doing different things, and having the person believe what your saying, not what your doing is critical to success.
and the fact that 13 is deleting...... i am conflicted by wanting to know was it planed that way.
