But none the less this thread isnt about me, ive presented some facts, and its frightening to see that alot of other people are also seeing this trend
Noir ... im not gonna insult ya or call you a cheater. I consider you a friend. That being said, you are totally blowing this out of proportion. Let me explain why....
1. Undeath goofed up. Realized it, then continued just to be a goof. a troll. Apparently it worked on ya.
2. your loss of planets had no effect on the outcome of this heat. You are going through, they are not.
3. Your loss of infra on those planets is also irrelevant. The top 4 has been decided for quite sometime now and we all know your PNAP'd to everyone. What did you really 'NEED" that infra for anyways? LOL
4. Parrot made the final decision not to punish them cuz KT didnt want any part of this to begin with. Torqez and Thirdrock being players SHOULDNT of made the decision of punishment. He realized that this NAP break would in no way effect the final outcome of this heat. You know this.
I understand that you want justice, and rightfully so. However the punishment should fit the crime. Parrot took all factors into account and made the right decision. Its a NAP that never should of been made in the first place. Mod enforced NAPs is a very bad concept. Had Parrot enforced this NAP and deleted 96 it would of set off a chain of events that NOBODY wants, especially the mods. Ignoring this was the best option in this case. We DO NOT wanna go down this road.
Everyone involved was to blame for this nonsense. You included. Not just the mods.

tbh i agree with glue, inciting this type of behaviour trying to get a pack of wolves against the mods is ridiculous and should be punished accordingly imo

If the mods are guilty of anything its entertaining this horrible idea in the first place. Torqez made the same NAP agreement with Noir's team without my knowledge or consent. Had i been present for this NAP discussion i would of argued against it. Not because i dont trust Noir. Because i dont like what kind of precedent this is creating.
I am very grateful that Parrot had the foresight and wisdom to ignore this nonsense and let it pass.

MANY PEOPLE WON ROUNDS WITHOUT MODS IN THEIR FAMILY.
I ENJOY PLAYING WITH MOST OF THE MODERATORS IF I CAN BECAUSE I DONT NEED THEM TO MODERATE SHIT. I WOULD PLAY WITH KT/THIRDROCK/TORQEZ OR PARROT WITHOUT THEM BEING MOD OR ANYTHING, JUST BECAUSE THEY ARE COOL PEOPLE AND SMARTER THAN THE AVERAGE.. FAGGOT

This is total crap. Your making a generalized statement that cannot be backed up with facts at all. Ive been around almost 10 years and ive personally witnessed mods being defeated in their respective familys MANY times. A mod isnt even part of the decision making process when they are playing in a galaxy or are directly involved with a given situation.
Are the mods perfect? no. We know this. They are people just like you and me. They try to do whats best for everyone. I dont always agree with every decision they make. Your basicly accusing them of being corrupt and that couldnt be further from the truth. I am good friends with all the (active) mods and i know that they would never cheat or bend the rules in their favor.
So Xmen.....before you go posting accusations maybe you should back it up with facts and examples. Your statement was not only vague but also ignorant.

Anyone with any experience and knowledge of this game and the mod teams knows im right and Noir is just trying to get attention. Attention for something that in reality isnt a big deal. It WOULD OF BEEN a big deal if Parrot had deleted 96. Then we would have an entirely new set of problems on our hands.

I didn't say they are not cool people, I played with many mods together many times.
It should not happen that one mod makes a new rule and another mod just cancels that rule again. The main problem is, if the mods play as well, they get suspected to act in their own favor, if such things happen.
Of course deleting a whole family after a nap break isn't really practicable. Nap breaks are not done be entire families, there are always only a few players responsible for it. So better block for some days the ones that made the nap breaking attacks.
And, yes, Parrot took the right decision not deleting that family. Of two very bad options, he choose the better one... If he would have let KT delete that family, it would have been far worse for IC.
After all Torquez and KT just wanted to stop these nap breaks, which would be a good thing. however it will be difficult to do so.
The best thing is, dont make naps with people you dont know well enough. Or dont share systems with them, easy enough. Kill everybody coming closer than 20 banker ticks to your HS. then you wont have problems with nap breakers.

anyway.
first of all I was not present when this mod enforced nap was made. The whole idea is hilarious and sad because of the nap gets broken all the time and no one can trust naps without mod enforment issue.
this is total bull crap, each round there are a few naps that are broken which has been happening ever since naps were introduced. however there are still 90% of the naps that are honoured and are never broken.
I for one has been nap broken on once or twice and have broken a nap once in my 7-8 years of ic playing time, so most naps are infact honoured.
Now the with the introduction of a mod enforced nap a whole can of worm is opened. so what happend if some rogue breaks the nap and the fam cant pay all the compensation do we delete their fam? or if someone "voids the nap" then the other party breaks it. whos fault is it?
nap has always been player enforced if you cant trust the person you nap with dont nap or make a nap that the party who breaks it cant cause enough damage.
Now dont take this as an invitation to break all naps and nothing can be done, things will be done, you will not be trusted and ppl will not respect the nap you made. just look at noir hes broken so many naps in the past rounds 2 very recently that he has to go to a mod and make 1 of those naps to prevent people from breaking nap on him. i consider this justice served and what goes around comes around.
now Kt did agree to delete the nap breaker this icc, I merely stated i did not agree with it and will not be deleting anyone, if she feel the need to honor her words and delete undeath or his fam its ultimatly up to her.

What I posted was meant more ironically. It's just what people could start to think if it seems that mods start to make arbitrary decisions. One mod saying this and another mod that.
Yes and I know that they are only people like you and me that try to do the best for IC.
Backup? I played last round with 2 mods and we won the round, but they didnt cheat, as far as I can tell, we had just an excellent line up and good activity. I was allied with mods in other rounds and we won as well. But this is as well because some mods are very addicted to the game and they just know how to play it. And it is true as well, I played already with mods and we lost rounds badly and I fought mod families and won.
And its true as well, without the effort of some mods, IC wouldnt maybe exist anymore at this point 
Well, and we all know that noir is just one of the worst nap breakers of all the times.
Parrot and others please remember that this type of nap was introduced by two mods, Torqez and KT, it was not my making. And as a few people have managed to understand this thread is not about me, its about mods.
Thoose who are out to flame can just stop posting ok glue, you have nothing of interest to add.
AA ur points are very valid, but you are, like ive allready said twice, missing the point here. It is not about what effect it has on the round, its about principle. Do mods stand by their word or do they unannounced go back on it when they please. I couldnt care less for this round, but what about next, ICC aint over yet.
i d rather lose credibility and not stand by my words then sticking with a bad decision.

NAPs are player enforced... always have been and always will be... only, it seems these days, the fam that has a NAP broken on them is the only fam that wants it to be enforced... that is the problem
it is not a mod's job to go investigating every accusation of a NAP break, there are many different circumstances that may be involved in a NAP break... like Parrot said, it just cant be done
if KT and Torq agreed to this kind of NAP, it is their mistake... it is not their place to enforce a NAP and maybe they need to be reminded of that
Noir, you have a general hatred towards the mods, so why would you go trusting them with something like this? seems kinda out of place... your mistake for believing it
