Topic: The emerge of a darth mod? Downfall of IC?
This round in ICC Lite in Helix we saw an introduction of a new type of NAP, the mod-enforced NAP.
It was introduced by Torqez and KT, and consisted of a clause in the NAP agreement that were as follows:
12:10 Torqez: So you'll agree to deleting either fam, if we break NAP, k?
12:11 KT: if everyone agrees to the terms and the nap is simple without a bunch of junk then yeah sure
12:17 KT: i want a copy of the nap with cores sent to me in #3476
12:17 KT: after it is signed
Basicly it ensures that neither party can break the nap. It was to my knowledge introduced to prevent and recurrence of the tragic events of the last few rounds with massive napbreaks in all rounds and all galaxies, and also because the relationship between me and Torqez has not been the most trustworthy lately. It seemed like a nice step in the right direction to me, and so I agreed to these terms.
Later in the round, after my war with 3896, we signed the same kind of agreement, a permanent NAP with mod-enforcement. For the same intention, to be able to trust eachother to honor the NAP. KT signed it once again, and we believed it was all good.
Then out of the blue 3896 massivly breaks nap, capturing over 100 attacks in what was either boredom or a last attempt at making the ICC Lite semifinals. Nolio denied to have anything to do with it, and later deleted. When i contacted the mods about it, to get my NAP rightfully enforced, they dismissed me. Clearly not in line with what we were promised by KT (and Torqez).
Was this all just a scam to ensure some false sense of security for us, and give 3894 an advantage? Did they plan to break nap on us and laugh at us while we demanded mod-enforcement? Is this a mod going back on her word simply to screw with us? Or is this the sign of two mods being forced back on their word because another mod seem to have them all under his control? Sadly it seems to be its the latter.

Id be really interested to hear what others have to say about this, cause to me it really seems messed up. My situation in ICC doesnt really matter, we are safe for semi finals, but this whole mess needs to be addressed!

... but not surprising... we all know this game is on its way out anyway. KT should have enforced it though, its about integrity now, what can Rin do? delete KTs account? lol, for shame on you all! (mods).
