Plenty of coffee for me. Monster/Rockstar or Lucozade Alert do a pretty good job too, but I don't go for the shots hmm

Red bull is good, as is most of the cheap energy drinks from the supermarkts, though my personal favorite at the moment is relentless. Good taste too smile

kiwi, what do they say about the dew....

how much longer do you need to stay up smile? there is a maximum you cant just ignore, unless you re naturally able to stay up long, or train to do so.
also, the time you are up, how are you using that? you beinf efficient/effective smile?
