also not sure about you guys proposing to ally but I heard from our leader that we've been sending you messages if you wanted to ally a long time ago. with no response whatsoever. so don't go turn that around to us ignoring an ally proposal without giving proof.

a war with family x should never be an excuse to allow family y to infiltrate your core with no probs. you got careless in that aspect and now pay a price for it.
if you do not keep the community updated of what conflicts your fam is in you can't hold any other fam responsible for not knowing you guys are warring someone else.
and this shall remain so as long as there is no opp/spell check enemies available.

too add to what frenzy put, the least you can do is STOP attacking, offer a 48hr cf and sort out a nap so you can fight later, but leave 13 to fight 10, and also, if you looked at infil's it would make it obvious they were in a war

You guys keep constantly ignoring our post and make only statements as "its wrong pure and simple" - kinda hard to have an argument then. Also it's the job of a leader to negotiate a nap with the other family (not mine or fuwu's) & in my defence I want to say that 10 hasn't made any diplomatic effort to contact us either, only flame lol.

Nah. We been watching their planet count. The only noticiable thing about 13 was that killas jumped from what 100k to 300k nw? And yes, we were talking alliance with your former leader. But I told him we could not ally because we would have no one to war. I figured, better have him let the fam know then me saying "hey I did ask for alliance, but then I decided not to". I did not reply to your messages about alliance killas. You did however, let me know that you had pissed off 10 and that MAYBE there might be war. Other then that, I did not know you were at war with 10. We switched leadership because I would not be online to declare war because I have been real busy with rl and not have a lot of time on ic.

And bartender how are we pnap breakers? From what I see, there are violations from eevery family we are napped with and not one violation from us.

I.E. 17 planets in our core from 06.
5 planets in our core from 09.
10 attacks without notification from 10 even though it was a nap violation from our new guy.

And 15 has been a good boy so far about our nap.

I'm hardly in forums or IRC atm, but even I knew 13 were fighting 10. Claiming your move is fine because they didn't post it here isn't legitimate in my eyes. Also, if you want to winning, warring 13 is pointless right now. They're fighting the biggest fam. If you had any sense you'd leave them to it, let them duke it out and weaken each other, and then cancel. You stand more chance of winning that way than giving 10 an advantage that they don't need. Like Flashy says, if you find out your target is warring, you should leave them to it, even if you've started attacking already. It's only polite.

Also, HC1012, you say about how 10 won't care about 05 vulturing, but if they've got any honour they would - it puts an end to what looked to be a pretty clean fight. Where's the honour in that?
